Q. Can I use this marriage license to get married in any other state besides Florida?
A. No. This license is only valid in the state of Florida.
Q. What is the difference between a Full Service appt. and an Express Submit N' Go appt.
A. Full Service Online requires the ability to navigate around your computer or phone to upload required documents before completing the marriage application process. You must also complete the application process via Zoom Teleconference call either on your phone or pc. The Express Submit N' Go process requires only that you bring required documents with you to your appt. at the courthouse and you will complete the process in person.
Q. What if I am unable to upload required documents during the Full Service Process.
A. You will need to reset the application and choose the Express Submit N' Go option and then bring the required documents with you on the day of your appt.
Q. How do I receieve a $25.00 discount?
A. Both Parties must have taken a pre-marital course from one of our listed Providers either together or seperately in order to receive the $25.00 discount.
